Tesla Smartphone Could Be a Game Changer

Elon Musk is known to swing between crazy and brilliant which makes him an enjoyable person to follow even if you’re not an investor.

Investors face a lot of occasions where they regret the stakes they have in Musk’s firms, since that he has made the securities and cryptocurrencies much more volatile than would be.

One recent rumor Musk has been promoting is the idea of creating an Tesla phone with a distinctive features.

The phone is a good idea and makes sense considering the direction Tesla is heading, and particularly in the context of Apple’s rumored electric vehicle.

Let’s take a look at the potential of an Tesla phone during this time. We’ll end with my top product of the week: an earbud set that are among the most comfortable that I’ve tested.

Tesla’s Apple Problem

Tesla and Apple share a similar approach to their respective markets and they both have similar advantages.

Apple was developed by a powerful chief Steve Jobs, and Elon Musk has performed a better job reflecting Jobs his unique style of managing and creating products over Tim Cook.

Both have remarkable brand loyalty to their customers with exact market valuations and a number of large corporations vying for these companies.

Tesla isn’t a big marketer and has a track record with poor quality controls. Although Apple has cut its marketing efforts however, it is still the leader of the market in this area as well as Apple is known to be the highest standard in terms of quality of its products.

There is a significant connection among iPhone consumers and Tesla customers. Therefore when Apple launches an automobile that is connected to its Apple system, it may gain a significant share from Tesla.

Of all the competitors that are likely to challenge against Tesla, Apple represents the biggest threat due to its customers’ loyalty, their visibility, and a huge marketing budget. Apple’s financial reserves create a frightful potential competitor to Tesla.

Additionally, smartphones are becoming keys for the new Tesla automobiles, and they already have a connection to Tesla’s in-car audiovisual system. Apple could have a leg over the competition with this integration and may break the compatibility with Tesla when driving Apple customers from Telsa vehicles. This is likely to cause Musk to look into making his phone.

The Tesla Phone

The phone that is rumored to be the phone is likely to come with Qualcomm’s premium Snapdragon 8 Series solution, with colors that are in line with Tesla cars, and function more efficiently as a keypad for Tesla automobiles than any other phone and (this is where it gets tricky) be able to connect with Starlink.

This isn’t a sure thing because typically smartphones are not able to connect to satellites requires a big antenna as well as a larger and powerful radio. If they were able to achieve this and connect to the satellite, it could offer an enormous, distinct advantage for Tesla phone users, who could enjoy relatively high-bandwidth connections for years before 5G was accessible to users.

I believe the best option is to install the satellite connectivity in the car, to better hide the antenna. Then, allow the phone connect to your car only when the 5G connection is not available or you’re looking to watch the latest movie (to avoid data limits). The car then gets an all-time satellite connection for remote operation as well as to report any attempted thefts or damage to the parking lot more accurately.

The last but not least not least, with smartphones becoming the keys to automobiles and cars, the Tesla phone could be linked to you Tesla car.

For instance, it might be equipped with buttons for locking or unlock, find the vehicle, and even scream for help through the car’s speakers to attract attention. The phone can also assist in helping to locate your car in the event that you were using the auto feature and you wanted to have it pick you up. This would be especially helpful for those who are unable to remember the location of our car.

Should Elon Musk is more visionary than Tim Cook was with the Apple Watch and Apple Watch, he’ll be able to allow these features to be customized so that they can be used with other vehicles as well. The phone may be the perfect step in the way of convincing people to buy Tesla’s vehicles.

And as an aside I would imagine a Tesla smartwatch that could work with the car could be more intriguing although I haven’t heard any rumors about that. (By by the by the way, there’s an Tesla wearable. It’s not a smartphone and isn’t manufactured by Tesla. I have one(and it’s quite amazing).

In terms of creating an phone that works right out of the box keep in mind that Qualcomm was a major contributor to Apple in the creation of its first iPhone and has evolved considerably in the years since. With the help of Qualcomm, Tesla is able to start with the best phone technology and then needs to include automobile features, which they’re definitely well-equipped to do.

Wrapping Up

Tesla might be superior to Apple in the integration of both the vehicle and phone.

While both Tesla and Apple has proven themselves to be excellent partner, Qualcomm can partner well with any other company and has been successful in helping Apple start in a time when it was much lower than it is today.

With the help of Qualcomm, Tesla potentially more than reduces Apple’s phone technological advantage. Qualcomm offers more experience in the car than Apple because of their work in car AV and autonomous driving.

Although Tesla isn’t as powerful in phone, on the phone front, Qualcomm will help close that gap. On the side of cars, Tesla knows far more than Apple. If Tesla is able to bring its quality to where it has to be — which is significant feat given its history — they will provide the best experience for drivers than Apple has been able to do in the beginning.

Additionally, the regulatory obstacles to making a car are more difficult to conquer than those for making phone phone and, therefore, Tesla may have a quicker timeline in the market thanks to Qualcomm than Apple does with its latest car.

In a way, Steve Jobs was more of an automobile enthusiast more than Tim Cook, suggesting the first Apple car has a likely chance of being Apple’s Zune. If the Apple car turns out to be a disaster and it does, then it will most likely ruin not only Elon Musk’s day as well as Steve Ballmer’s, since Steve Ballmer was the founder of Zune and would be delighted with Apple having the same experience.

I’m not an avid earbud user. I tend to get rid of them. They tend to cause my ears to itch and make them appear a bit sexy.

The UE Fits made by Ultimate Ears are expensive at $249 retail (currently being sold at $169) however, they come with one advantage that might make them worthwhile for you. They warm internally while installing them, which allows the part that is placed in your ear to adjust to your ear and create the perfect size.

A while ago, I bought a pair of earbuds similar to those, but you needed to allow the earpieces to sit in warm water for a while until they softened and then, after they cool, place them in your ears to ensure a fitting. I didn’t get around to doing that, so I decided to use these earbuds in a non-fitting way and it was not optimal.

The UE Fits guide your through fitting as a part of the set-up, and they sound decent when worn and due to their extremely tight fitting, they don’t lose their position, which makes me resent the earbuds (did I say that I’m always losing them? ).

They are available in three shades: Eclipse (midnight blue that appears as black), Cloud (gray) in addition to Dawn (lilac).

Note that only Eclipse is available as at the time of writing. The other colors have sold out However, I believe the Eclipse color is the best.

They’re shipped with one pair of earpieces but if they’re too small then contact them at the Ultimate Ears folks, and they’ll ship you a replacement pair in the same size at no cost.

UE Fits don’t have active noise cancellation that isn’t typical for an item in this price range. But, I don’t believe they’ll need it due to the extremely tight fitting, and the fact that active noise cancellation is not available on the earbuds is never guaranteed.

They are distinctive headphones and are a good value at the moment if you are able to accept the black/blue color but getting them before Christmas, due to the shipping problems is extremely risky. They are comfortable in my ears and have a lower chance to get lost and are also a good price right now The UE Fits are my product of this week.
